CLASS TYPES

  • The OG class that started it all! Our 60 min class is designed to move to the beat of the music while challenging you head to toe. This class combines strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. All combined with our signature emphasis on alignment and posture. Don’t be fooled, you will leave with beautiful results. This class is safe for all fitness levels.

  • This lively 45 minutes class blends our traditional barre with a splash of cardio. This slightly faster paced class will also focus on alignment and posture. We incorporate functional movement, strength training and abdominal work into each class, you will leave feeling a bit sweaty and oh so satisfied!

  • If you are looking for something salty, this is your class. This tabata style class combines interval training, cardio bursts, plyometrics and weight training for a full body, heart pumping good time…all wrapped into 45 minutes. Prepare for that post cardio bliss!

  • This circuit style class is designed to challenge you with functional resistance and weight training. Overloading muscles and working towards muscle “fatigue” and “failure” is the primary focus of this class. We sprinkle in bursts of cardio between each circuit to make you sizzle.

    Multiple weight options are available.

  • Sound baths allow you to completely immerse yourself in the experience of healing vibrations. As you listen to the music, your body relaxes, your mind lets go of thoughts and you enter into a deep state of calm.
